Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, the Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland. We do not yet deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order. All parcels are sent by fully tracked Evri delivery. Prices include VAT.

UK mainland (48-hour tracked service)

• Orders up to 0.99kg: £4.79
• Orders 1kg to 15kg: £5.99

Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland (72-hour tracked service)

• Orders up to 0.99kg: £8.39
• Orders 1kg to 15kg: £9.59

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day at no extra cost. Orders placed after 1pm, or at the weekend, are processed on the next working day. We only receive your order once payment has been made.

Tracking

Every parcel is fully tracked, and your tracking details are sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery problems

If your order is late, damaged or incorrect, please email hello@lanthornia.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right.
