Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, the Highlands, the Islands and Northern Ireland. We do not yet deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order. All parcels are sent by fully tracked delivery. Prices include VAT.

UK mainland (48-hour tracked service): orders up to 0.99kg are 4.79 pounds, and orders from 1kg to 15kg are 5.99 pounds.

Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland (72-hour tracked service): orders up to 0.99kg are 8.39 pounds, and orders from 1kg to 15kg are 9.59 pounds.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at the weekend, are processed on the next working day. Your delivery time starts when your order is dispatched.

Tracking

Every parcel is fully tracked and your tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take 1 to 2 working days to update.
